Robbins & Myers Acquires Tarby, Inc.
Robbins & Myers, Inc. announced that it has purchased the stock of Tarby, Inc. from Dover Resources, Inc. Tarby is a manufacturer and marketer of progressing cavity pumps and components for the general industrial and municipal wastewater markets. Tarby, with annual industrial sales of approximately $6.0 million, is located in Claremore, Oklahoma. Robbins & Myers will continue to market Tarby products separately through Tarby's existing channels and will be part of the Company's industrial business segment.
